Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of our institution. The institute has provided the complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell. The cell is sensitized to function all through the year towards generating placement and training opportunities for the students. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programs.
Reputed industrial houses are visiting our institute for the campus recruitment programs. Our pioneering efforts have borne fruits in achieving academic-industrial rapport and we are proud that our students are absorbed by leading giants in the industrial firmament. The placement cell coordinates quite well with the corporate sector and provides well-developed infrastructure to facilitate the campus selection programs.
In the context of quality and excellence, Training and placement department is a value addition of Kasoka . With a view to improve the "Employment Skills" of students, Training & Placement department has evolved a programme, tailored to cater to the individual needs and potential of each student for the full length of the course. Ultimately this department envisages preparing even first generation students of rural background to meet the requirement of the job market.
Kasoka which was established under mind power educational society, which is already working in the field of placement consultancy so we have great experience in the field of placement. Training & Placement Cell (TPC) is well supported by the Placement Assistance Team(PAT) of mind power educational society. Both TPC & PAT are led by highly experienced & qualified professionals from Corporate & Industry as Training & Placement Officers (TPO).
