Grievance Redressal Committee

The Committee has been formed in order to ensure transparency by technical institutions imparting technical education in admissions, preventing unfair practices, complaints of alleged discrimination by students of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC, Women, Minority or Disabled Categories, scholarship issues and sexual harassment and to provide a mechanism to innocent students and stakeholders for redressal of their grievances.

Function of the committee

1. They synthesize input from committee members, consider relevant evidence and arguments, and guide the committee toward consensus or resolution. They may also cast a deciding vote in the event of a tie.
2.The Senior Professor may mediate disputes and facilitate constructive dialogue between grievance parties, aiming for amicable resolutions whenever possible.
3.Administrative staff communicate with complainants, respondents, and other stakeholders regarding the status of grievance cases, procedural requirements, and available support services. They serve as a point of contact for individuals seeking information or assistance related to the grievance redressal process.
