The ambition and initiative of the great Educationalist & Politician Late.Thiru. Ka.So.Ganesan to provide technical Education facilities to the youth of Ariyalur District was the Chief cause for the Ka.So.Ka Polytechnic College to be established in the year 2012. This Polytechnic College was started under the Second Five Year Plan of the Govt. of India.Ka.So.Ka Polytechnic College Run by the K.N Kuppusamy Educational Trust.

Ka.So.Ka Polytechnic College is Afilliated to Directorate of Technical Education (DOTE) ,Chennai and Approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi
